Sarah Noyes is the founder of Noyes Works, a consulting practice that helps mission-driven organizations build people systems that truly work - for their teams, their communities, and their goals.

With two decades of experience in recruiting, HR, and operations, Sarah brings a human-centered approach to every engagement. She’s known for designing practical systems that reflect the interests of the team, to make the complex feel doable and the people work feel purposeful.

Her clients span nonprofits, startups, and social enterprises focused on healthcare, community organizing, education, and responsible technology. Whether helping a fast-growing team define roles, guiding teams through organizational change, or refining hiring processes to reflect equity and inclusion, Sarah’s work always centers on clarity, participation, and impact.

Grounded in a racial and social justice lens, Sarah is committed to building the capacity of both HR professionals and their organizations - so that good workplaces are intentionally co-designed.

And when not working, she reads science fiction, cooks (Chinese) food and dances Casino de Rueda.
