Sarah Noyes is an HR and operations consultant who helps mission-driven organizations design the people systems that make meaningful work possible. As the founder of Noyes Works, she brings two decades of experience supporting nonprofits, startups, and social enterprises through growth, change, and the everyday realities of leading teams.

Sarah is known for her ability to make people work feel both clear and human. She focuses on designing processes that reflect real organizational dynamics, -including the needs, interests, and working styles of the people involved. Her clients value her practical approach, her quick response to urgent HR needs and her ability to turn ambiguity into structure without layering on unnecessary complexity.

Her experience spans healthcare, community organizing, education, and responsible technology, where she has helped organizations clarify roles, refine equitable hiring practices, strengthen communication, and realign operations around their goals and values. Sarah also brings a future-oriented perspective to her work, helping clients adopt equitable, values-aligned AI tools that support integrity and inclusion as workplaces evolve.

Rooted in a racial and social justice lens, Sarah believes strong people systems are co-created and interest-based. She works to build internal capacity at every level, ensuring her clients can sustain and grow their systems long after the engagement ends.

Outside of consulting work, Sarah reads science and non-fiction, cooks (mostly Chinese) food and dances Casino de Rueda.
