Ritual is the leader in artisan and sustainable coffee in the Bay Area. I recruited two Office Managers and led a staff retreat to produce prioritized action plans and deciphering how to measure success. In response, Ritual increased resources towards internal organization and make subtle yet key changes to internal communications.
